EXO’s mini-album “Overdose” to go on sale May 31st!

Synnara Records has listed May 31st as the day that EXO’s mini-album “Overdose” will go on sale.

The mini-album was delayed due to the Sewol Ferry Tragedy.

Many artists postponed their comebacks to either May or July in respect for the victims and their families.

All of the artists also wanted to avoid making a comeback in June due to the 2014 FIFA World Cup.

EXO to perform at the I Love Korea 2014 Dream Concert on June 7th

Any artist promoting while the World Cup is taking place would see very little media coverage on their comebacks.

We’re a little disappointed that EXO’s mini-album has been delayed so late, especially since it might cut in on the amount of trophies they win on music shows.

EXO-K will begin promoting “Overdose” at the start of May, but in order for them to win any trophies, they’ll have to have strong digital/physical album sales.

Perhaps SM Entertainment is banking on EXO-K’s single for “Overdose” doing very well?

Whatever the case, we still hope that EXO-K manages to garner a lot of wins from their promotions.

Growl did miraculously well, winning EXO around 18 trophies!

We hope Overdose does just as well!

Then what about their solo concert? Assuming that they’re going to perform Overdose live, they need to promote on Inkigayo and stuff in order for the song not to be a spoiler alert… if you know what I mean (not in the joke way. I just phrased my comment really badly)
