EXO’s SPAO T-Shirt sales generate over 30 million won for charity
The EXO effect has struck again.
SPAO has reported that T-Shirt sales from EXO’s campaigns have generated over 30 million won for charity in a short amount of time!
The 30 million won is being donated to UNICEF’s “Schools for Asia” program.
SPAO created a charitable program with EXO and UNICEF. For every shirt with the EXO brand on it sold, SPAO donated 1,000 won to UNICEF. Thanks to the power of EXO, over 30,000 shirts were sold.
In total, 30,168,550 won was donated. The EXO members presented the donation check to UNICEF Korea’s secretary Seo Dae Won and Ahn Sung Soo at their recent fan sign event at SPAO’s Hongdae location.
UNICEF’s “Schools For Asia” program will help build schools in countries like Nepal, Laos, Mongolia, India, and Bangladesh in order to help children all over get the education that they need to make a better life for themselves.
This is a wonderful cause and we’re glad that EXO could use their popularity to help out.
