Tower Records releases its Top 20 Korean Artists Chart for 2014
Tower Records in Japan has just released its Top 20 Korean Artists Chart for 2014. How did EXO fare?
The boys did remarkably well. In fact, they are occupying 3 out of 20 of the spots on the list!
The boys took the #1 spot with their latest mini-album Overdose, the #9 spot with last year’s mega-hit XOXO: Vol 1, and #15 with their Winter Special album Miracles in December.
Despite all of the setbacks they had this year, EXO still manages to be amazing.
What’s also pretty spectacular is that most artists made the list with their Japanese studio albums, but EXO managed to top the list without yet producing an album in Japan.
We would love to see the results of their very first Japanese album, mini or full, when they start up their official Japanese promotions.
It was also be a dream come true if their Japanese albums are produced with the same high quality as TVXQ, Girls’ Generation, SHINee, and Super Juniors albums.
Congrats to EXO on topping yet another list, and we hope they get more wins and awards by the end of 2014.
They most certainly deserve some after the year they’ve had.
