TS Entertainment Desperately Clings Onto Hyosung

TS Entertaiment is trying its best to make sure that Hyosung doesn’t have a career without them.

Hyosung was formerly a member of TS Entertainment’s girl group Secret.

But after being mismanaged by the company for so long, she engaged in a long, legal battle with them to get out of her contract.

She has just signed with a new label called “TOMMY & Partners“, who released the following statement:

“Hyosung’s contract with TS Entertainment has been ruled invalid. She has been searching for a new label and we signed an exclusive contract with her. After she signed a contract with us, she became a part of our family. We will do our best to support her and her talents in singing, acting, and variety shows.”

It looked like things were finally looking up for Hyosung until TS Entertainment decided to hit her and her new company with a lawsuit.

TS Entertainment stated that what Hyosung did was a breach of their current contract, which they believe is still valid.

Their statement is as follows:

“Our contract with Hyosung is still valid. We have a court trial set to take place on November 14th, 2018 in regards to our contract with her, so therefore Hyosung signing with a new agency is a violation of said contract. It’s unfortunate that Hyosung signed a new contract and also released a press release regarding it without going through the proper procedures with us. We will take strict legal action against her for signing a new contract, announcing it to the press, and defaming our image and leading to all of this confusion.”

Netizens are of course siding with Hyosung because TS Entertainment is an all-around terrible company.

TS Entertainment also engaged in a long battle with their boy group B.A.P, which resulted in one of their members leaving.

Workers for the company have also complained about not being paid in a long time.

We’re rooting for Hyosung to make it out of this legal battle a winner.
