B1A4 Lose Two Members During Contract Renewals

It’s a sad day for BANA’s everywhere.

It looks like two members won’t be renewing their contracts with B1A4 and WM Entertainment.

After much negotiating, Jinyoung and Baro have decided to go their own separate ways from both the group and the company.

All of the B1A4 members’ contracts expired on April 23rd, 2018, but each member extended their contracts temporarily to June 30th, so that they and the company could discuss new terms.

It looks like Jinyoung and Baro couldn’t find a compromise with WM Entertainment, so they’ll be pursuing their own solo careers while B1A4 restructures.

Sandeul, CNU, and Gongchan have decided to renew their contracts and the company says that their energy will be focused entirely on the future of the group and their advancement.

There have been so many group disbandments lately. It’s sad to see another one break up.

Fans are holding out that there will be some sort of deal between WM Entertainment and Baro and Jinyoung’s new labels so that B1A4 can still promote as a whole, but that might be a long shot.
